Headaches while eating - Daily - Diet being restricted/narrowed quickly

cdavidso12 posted:
I am a 21 year old female who has been having headaches while eating daily for at least one year. They have become more prominent/painful within the last 4 months accompanying an increase in IBS symptoms. I have been avoiding foods which cause headaches and bowel problems as much as possible, but am now reduced to eating a diet excluding all candy, soda, any greasy food, anything slightly spicy, most fruit, any restraunt food, and any sweets. I need to eat very frequently, partially because of the bland/non-sugar foods I can eat, and have never been able to go longer than 4 or 5 hours between meals/eating without a big drop in blood sugar. This has had a large impact on my life socially and interfered with work and class. The problem is increasing, as I mentioned previously, and I am worried it will only increase. Please help me out if you can.
