I live in AZ and recently visited MN. Although I suffer from seasonal allergies here, I have not had any allergy related symptoms while in MN. I woke up on the day we were to return to AZ with an awful headache and a tingling in my right arm. I have tried Ibuprofen, aspirin and rest to alleviate the headache. So far, nothing is working past taking the edge off - the headache has lasted 7 days now. The pain feels like sinus pressure behind the eyes and nose, and pulses every once in awhile.

Could this be a migraine?
