Are Tension-type headaches and Migraines (complex) always related?

Is it possible to have classic migraine with aura AND complex or hemaplegic migraines, alternatively? Tension type headaches are a daily occurrence, with migraines occurring at least 15-20 times per month, lasting 3 hrs to 5 days each.
