I started taking Magnesium about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and already notice a dramatic reduction in the number and severity.

My 10 year old also suffers from Migraines and I would like to try this with her. It is difficult to find a dosage however. Different sites say different things.

Has anyone tried Magnesium for their child, if so what dose did you use and did it work for them?

Thank you!

Hi and welcome,

I'm so sorry to hear your 10 year old is suffering from migraines.
I would ask her pediatrician or your pharmacist what they would recommend for a dosage, just to be sure.

I hope your child has results from this treatment as well!
