Night time migraines

I have been waking up around 3 am every night for over a month with a severe migraine that seems to be stemming from the back of my neck and exploding basically in my head. I have no idea what is going on. I have always been a migraine sufferer, but not like these and this often. Any idea's?

it sounds like a thunderclap migrane...i suffer these its like been hit with a bat a the bk of the head...often wakes u from sleep and can last for days x
