My migraines started happening around 5 months ago after a 5 day hospitalizing head pressure and high fever. Emergency room thought I had meningitis (Brain infection) I had three spinal taps before they where able to get any fluid. I was tested for everything and according to many different doctors and specialist I was in perfect health however I was unable to function due to severe headaches. So I saw a neurologist. Long story short I now get migraines ever since and have been using a regiment of vitamins to help manage and Immitrex just incase. Recently two months ago I lost my grandmother whom I was close to and me and my girl split only telling cause this is the time I got worse and I know stress can make it worse. I began having panic attacks, sharp head pain periodically thru out the day, vertigo and more frequent migraines I have been taking the immitrex more frequent lately. Went to the Neuro and was diagnostics with high blood pressure and tension headaches (or which ever one has vertigo as a symptom) perscibed another pill. It does help some with the vertigo but not the reoccurring 5 to 10 min migraines thru out the day. My Question to the community is any suggestions, things I can do that may help, personal experience that may help, whatever. I am new to this stuff and I hate taking all the vitamins (that help) and now a prescription pill daily (that helps) Am I going to have to be medicated forever or can I do things to make it stop?
