Pain on Side of Nose = Migraine?

Hi,
I've been plagued with headaches since I was 18 (I'm in my 50s now) and always thought my headaches were sinus. 90% of the time, the intense sharp pressure pain is on the left side of my nose and the pain is alleviated just a tad if I press down on that area (which looks totally ridiculous).

It is almost always weather related (changes of seasons, sunny days, windy days, abrupt changes, period). In fact, I woke up this morning with a bad one and yep- it's turning out to be a bright, sunny day.

Sometimes the pain radiates up towards the eye and my eye tears just a bit. I'll become light and sound sensitive and a wee bit nauseas but never vomit from it. Over the counter meds only take the edge off it- sometimes.

I saw an ENT for a different problem and he felt the headaches were sinus as I have a bad deviated septum, but I can't help but wonder if these are migraines. He had no suggestions for treatment.
