I have had head pain since Oct. It is everyday, I do not start the day with the headache, but as the day goes on it builds, and It is especially severe when I cough, bear down or cause stress or pressure changes in my head like to laugh. At that time it is so severe and only lasts for a few seconds, but is intense.
Had CT scan and MRI both show a draining Venous Anginoma, and the MRI said there were spots that were consistant with migraines.
I have never been diagnosed with Migraines before. My primary wants me to see a neurologist. Thats the next stop, still no relief, any suggestions ?

Ask the neurologist or primary doc to test for vitamin B12, RBC magnesium, TSH, DHEA, routine chemistry, CBC, and possibly Lyme.
For treatment, regular aerobic exercise can help, but start with short duration and low intensity and then build it up. Exercise will strengthen the blood vessels which are responsible for the headaches. Supplements such as magnesium, COQ10, Boswellia, feverew, omega-3 can also help. If headaches remain daily, Botox injections or a prophylactic medications, such as gabapentin can help.
