    Migraines. By dawnsunrise

I have suffered with chronic migraine since age 15. I am now just turning 50. Fifty being the new 35! Lol. I have never found any rhyme to these beasts, except wine. I was looking at food sensitivities because I also have IBS and fibromyalgia. I have tried topamax(called by some doctors"dopamax") , but had to stop it after feeling so doped up. I have tried elavil, no relief. I am now trying beta blockers to see if I can reduce the numbers and length of them. I have usually 1 a week, lasting 1-3 days. I take supplements to help with pain, along with pain med's. See a PMR doctor who I trust, but not a big fan of ingesting synthetics for relief. I feel my headaches, the IBS, Fibro, also diagnosed Menieres (hearing loss) and trigeminal neuralgia have to be related by something. Foods? Mineral deficiency? Hormone imbalance? I don't know how I'm not insane some days. I am a spiritual person, which keeps me from staying depressed. I just know something connects these, but specialist to specialist nothing gets better, I just get another diagnosis added on. I won't give up looking for answers, and this is my first post, reaching out to strangers for any ideas or wisdom.
