Hi, I'm a 20 yr female who has had a history of headaches on almost a daily basis, but for the last 8 days, i've had a terrible headache on in the right hemisphere and sometimes right eye constantly. no amount of ibprophen will help. It's there when I wake and when I go to bed, non stop. it's excruciatingly painful. anyone have an idea of what this might be? I can't afford to go to the doctor, so I wanted so advice before I go in debt.

With this type of migraine, which sounds like maybe it might be hemi-plegic, you do need to see a dr. Try going to urgent care at your county hospital. It's impossible to treat this at home, and don't take anymore OTC meds becuase you will get rebound headaches from them.
