"MedWatch is the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) program for reporting serious reactions, product quality problems, therapeutic inequivalence/failure, and product use errors with human medical products, such as drugs and medical devices." (FDA)

Be an advocate for yourself and others. Report these problems or this will never change.

If the FDA is unaware that there is an issue with the generic form of Topamax then it will remain on the market and the insurance companies will maintain the upper hand.
