Migranes and Tension
An_205008 posted:
I am looking for any tips or information to assist in the quality life management of my Fiance'. He suffers from severe migranes, as well as tension headaches, a condition that is unusually difficult for him to treat due to the large surgical hernia on his left illiac crest. Physical exertion of any kind, including work, prohibits his ability to help improve his muscle tension, which worsens his condition. He is a large man, 6' 3in, 290 lbs., and was extremely physical prior to removal of this condromyxiodfibroma tumor from his illiac crest almost two years ago. Subsequently, the hernia is a result of the tumor surgery, and we have once already had the hernia repaired, only to repeat the procedure here soon. We are currently working with a doctor in Cleaveland to help, however the headaches are just as debilitating. Thanks for any assistance.

Hello and welcome to WebMD,

It sounds like your Fiance is really suffering and it's great that you're here looking for answers.

I encourage you to repost this as a discussion as I'm afraid it may be missed by the doctor (you posted it as a resource).

To do that, hover your cursor over the orange Post Now button on the upper right and choose Discussion from the drop down menu. :-)
