I keep forgetting to add to my posts about excercising. This can help many people with headaches because it increases circulation. The type you do tho is important because some types can trigger migraines/other headaches. The two best that shouldn't make you feel worse are swimming and light walking in cool weather. Don't get into the jacuzzi, that makes my headaches worse because it's hot. If you swim, the temporature of the water should be around 83 degrees.
