summer water survival strategy

I dunno about others here but I find it hard in the summer to stay hydrated because plain water gets so boring and the thighs are not fond of too much juice and pops. I long to be able to drink the various flavoured waters available or to use that nice calorie free flavour powder but alas they are instant migraines.

To survive this I have started adding about a teaspoon of straight lime juice to my glass of water. Gives it a tang and makes it less boring allowing me to stay hydrated and have less risk of a migraine

Plain smart water with electrolytes has been a god/dess send for me during this migraine cycle, fresh lemons and limes also help me.

OK not sure what you mean about "flavourings" causing you headaches? What brand were they.
