Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    I cut techni-ice into strips and put it in water and let it puff up. Then I wrap them into bandanas and freeze them and I wear thme around my head and neck when it's hot. It also helps keep down normal headaches for me.
