I struggled with headaches for years without knowing the cause and how to alleviate the pain. I started massage therapy and found out that I was suffering from severe stress tension headaches. At first, I started getting massages once a week for a month. Then I gradually moved to every other week. Now, less than a year later, I'm going every 3-4 weeks and I don't struggle with those headaches anymore.

If you suffer from these headaches, please consider trying massage therapy. It has changed my life. It is a bit costly, especially at first. However, I have found that my well-being and feeling "normal" again far outweighs the constant suffer and use of medications. I will continue to make that investment in my health as it has been my life saver!
