A few more details please - what have you tried so far? How much weight do you want to lose? What is your activity level?

FYI - no one who has chimed in anywhere on the WebMD site has stayed to confirm a significant weight loss. Usually they post 1 or 2 times and disappear. I think the lack of 1st person information available on the internet is telling as well...

It would be wise to know if the product will work for you or not. It shows an advice on their website if who can take the formula and who can't and also an advisory to check with your doctor before you place an order.

I'd been with the Rocalabs formula and I'll tell you, This thing worked for me! I am now enjoying the 30 Lbs less of my original weight after 2 months. That's why I don't understand why there were some people saying that it's a waste of money. Well, I did feel the same thing before until a friend of mind recommended me this product and guaranteed me that this thing works. Funny, we even bet penny..

Yes, it would be best to consult with your doctor first before ordering. But a lot of people that I know is using Roca Labs and it works for them.

It is better to ask or research for a lot of information about the product. I personally went to their website and get the chance to chat with one of their representative. I asked questions and their reply was valid enough for me. You could try it if you want.
