DS had it a few months ago and he had a fever and a rash and that was it. He was better within a few days. Once they get the rash it should be gone in a few days. Nothing to really worry about other than keeping an eye on the fever....

DD also had Roseola. A sudden fever of over 103 for a good 4 days. Once the fever broke the rash appeared.
