Bath time troubles

So Carley has always loved taking a bath and then out of the blue she won't sit down. She stands up the whole time and wants out quickly. Last night she finally started to reach down and splash in the water again. I wonder if it is just another little phase she is going through. She'll be 13 months on the 16th.
The other thing I wonder is a lot of times in the morning I have to take her in the bathroom with me while I get ready for work since DH is already gone and she likes to stand by the tub and pull on the shower curtain while I"m in the shower. I'm wondering if since she sees me standing up she might want to. She's a goofball. Any thoughts?

Emma went through a phase where she hated baths. She LOVED them one day and HATED them the next. It was horrible! I tried the shower, and she hated that, too. She took quite a few showers with me when she had RSV, so I thought she might like to continue. Boy was I wrong. I finally just brought some measuring cups and things she can bang together into the tub with her, and she loved it. I guess the regular bath toys were just too boring. So you might want to try new toys. Also, you may want to try getting in the tub with her. Like in a swimsuit if you don't want to actually bathe. I hope you figure something out soon!

I think Tabatha gave you good advice. I've been lucky so far and Shae still loves her baths. She just got a cool bathtoy for Easter that she loves. It's a little wind up dolphin that flaps it's tail and swims around. She plays with it the entire time. Maybe something like that would help distract her.

Thanks ladies. I'll try some new toys. She's been after the measuring cups lately so well give that a whirl :)

Lily sort of fell against the drain plug and made the water woosh out and hated taking baths for a few weeks - wouldn't sit and cried right away - it scared her - so i took baths with her for a while then one day i put a bath mat over the drain and ever since she has loved taking a bath again
