another sleep issue

Oh please help! I don't know what to do at this point. DD will not sleep at night. She was doing great for about a month and now she's back to her old ways. I'm used to her waking up at least once around 1 and going right back to sleep. I can deal with that but for the past 2 nights(last night being the worst) she woke up and was up from 1 until 4am. I am so tired. DH tried to help me with her but there was nothing we could do. She wasn't very grumpy either she just wouldn't sleep. It was like she couldn't/wouldn't get comfortable. I gave her some Mylicon for gas just in case that was bothering her. I know she didn't sleep too much during the day. She's just silly. I'm so tired with this pg right now too. Any thoughts? Someone recommended the book Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby so I think I'm going to go look for that but I'm just so tired.
