my poor baby with bad breath!

im very concerned for my lil one . about two- three days ago he started to get a runny nose, and a bit of a cough. he really hasnt been fussing . But then he developed a REALLY BAD smell, -bad breath...my poor baby hes going on 13 months he only currently has 2 front top and two bottom front teeth. Some others coming in. i wash his mouth and teeth so im almost sure its not that .

any ideas on what this might be?? very concered!!

My kids always had a funny smell when they were little every time they had a cough or congestion of some time! So it is fairly normal for kids at this age, My youngest still has days when she is sick with a runny nose and smells kind of wierd.
