MS (multiple sclerosis) and HIV

I am a journalist with MS (multiple sclerosis) who is researching a story about the use of HAART drugs (the anti-retroviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV/AIDS) for treating multiple sclerosis. There was a case in Australia in which a HIV positive man was diagnosed with MS. He started taking HAART drugs and his MS got better. I am trying to find people with MS who are also HIV+ve and who take these drugs. Is there anyone out there, and if so did the drugs help your MS symptoms
