    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

I am sorry that you're feeling so frustrated and overwhelmed. I know it is difficult to have symptoms and not understand why they are occurring. I think getting a second opinion is an excellent idea. Your doctor might want to send you to a multiple sclerosis clinic.
A neurologist should work with you to help explain these symptoms. If this is not multiple sclerosis then other explanations need to be sought.

Neil S Lava, MD replied to doggsbone's response:
I think the simplest thing to do is ask the MS Clinic where the nearest MS clinic is to you since they are not taking new patients. You could also contact the National MS Society and ask for their help in finding a clinic.
