    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Hello An,

Yes, I'm sure Mitt Romney must feel like that most of the time!

Dave, you are hilarious and possibly my new best friend!

An, I am not yet diagnosed, but have that often, also cannot get my mouth connected to by brain and get out what I'm thinking and/or have problems bringing up words I commonly use. It so far has been for short periods of time, hours or a day or two.

Hope that helps. It's a confusing frustrating ride trying to figure this out.

    Hello An,

Okay, enough smart alec stuff! Yes, I feel weird too. Now, I may have been weird before the MS got me, but that was a different kind of weird, if you know what I mean.

Some times the world around me is confusing and as you said, slightly "out of focus". Not in a visual way out of focus but in a confused, what am I doing here kind of way. It can be frustrating as hell, or just mildly annoying, depending on what I am trying to do.

All we can do is to try and do our best to cope with what is at hand and let the rest go on by.

    Dave
