Rituxin treatment for MS

My son just received his first infusion of Rituxin. I am curious to know if anyone else is on this treatment and how their progress has been. He was diagnosed with relapsing/remitting MS 2 years ago this coming January and started on Copaxone. This did nothing for him. He has also received Solu-Medrol IV, Arthra injections, and Tysabri. He has since had his diagnosis changed to progressive MS and is on a walker or in a wheelchair/power chair continually. He is no longer able to walk or stand alone due to imbalance and weakness issues. We are hoping for a drug that will possibly help him regain his ability to walk unaided.
