Hurts my hands too much and can't support my weight on them now. Anyway..enough whining. Feeling down and need to do something plus the meds they are giving me have a wight gain side effect >

Nice to hear from you again, sorry about the diagnosis. I've found that aquatherapy is the easiest way to move. If you have access to a rehab center with a pool that is heated to around 83 degrees--or a community pool would do as well--you could sign up for water aerobics.
I do some yoga, it helps with the spastic muscles and other aches and pains. And if you can afford it, massages work wonders.
