    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Recently I have had some falls. The 1st one in January, fell down a flight of stairs for no reason just seemed sudden, have no idea what happened and again yesterday I was coming out of the Town Hall, walked out to walkways even to the ground, cement surface all even and the next thing I knew I was going down and I hit hard, felt nothing before I hit the surface. The Town Hall was next to a High School and this young man rushed over to help me up; and I thank the Lord he was there because I found it hard to get up. I'm 64 yrs. old, have some medical issue's but nothing that I can associate to this. I did have an eye issue where for no reason know the Visteral Gel in my right eye detached. I will let me medical doctor know that I fell again. I find this very confusing to me..

    Hi misty

While people with MS can expierence falls I wouldn't start there in your case. Let your doctor know sooner rather than later and get a total review of current known conditions and meds you take for them .

If that does not reveal a likely cause then you and he/she should try to figure what specialist you need to see.
