Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain: A Survival Manual

I was diagnosed with RRMS in 9/02 and later with fibromyalgia or what I think is more likely CMP (chronic myofascial pain) a couple of years later when my doctors felt the pain I was experiencing could be separate from MS. I have neuralgia as well as muscle and joint pain. I have found the book listed to be helpful, as well as the related advocate, and trigger point books.

Dame here - Myofascial pain syndrome then MS. Now they call it Fibromyalgia with MS. Either way I still can't walk and they tell me I have Osteporosis from all the steroids. This is not my idea of a good time!
