Eating Well is Extremely Important, of course---I have Noticed that I cannot put 'Heinz 57/Auntjamima' in The So-Called Gas Tank, it gets me in 'Big Trouble'!
But,stll, at those times I may still Struggling, anyway: How Do I --or, rather You, out ther e, create 'Balance'....?
I guess I am looking for more 'Choices'------Execising is Great----and Yoga, too.And 'Diversions', like Watching a Movie.......

- Getting into good health - a healthy weight, a healthy diet and exercise. The more overweight I am, the more tired I feel. And face it, weight makes you self conscious which can make you depressed.
- Listening to your body. You are tired? Need to relax? Then do it. Get a good nights sleep. I know my visio is much crisper and clearer when I get a good nights sleep.
-LAUGH. Think positively. Believe that you are doing well and that you are going to stay in good health. That will help. Personally, I try to get a good nights sleep every night, but I work full time, so that is sometimes difficult. I laugh every moment that I can - I love to live a life I can find pleasure in. Health - I workout regularly - 5 to 6 times a week and I take a supplement called Shakeology. It has also helped reduce my fatigue - great product great ingredients. my problem is I am a teacher and the words and tasks dont come as easy as they use to. I sometimes can't find the words to explain things to the students, i cant write on the board like i use to, my hand writing sucks at time due to tremors. I know I don't get enough sleep but I do exercise - swim 3-4 times a week, and i eat ok. So now what
