Too Much Sleeping?

babybensmom posted:
My 9 week old has sleep through the night the last 2 nights, however, he's daytime naps have gotten longer as well. He's acting lethargic after feedings. He doesn't have a fever and is hydrated but he wants nothing to do with anything other than sleeping. I've left a message with his pediatriciation. Am I being overly concerned and maybe he's just going through a growth spurt?

I am no pediatrician, but my son did the same thing around that age. All he wanted to do was sleep and snuggle. After a few days of that, he was back to normal with an insane appetite. It never hurts to check with the pediatrician though. Hope this helped.

This is the sign of a growth spurt as well, also look at your weather, I am in the midwest and we had a thunderstorm last night, the two days before my daughter (10 months) wanted to sleep more. But her father is exactly like that too. I think after checking with the doctor but thinking with no fever and if it is only a few days not a worry.

Is baby teething perhaps?
