Persistant Cough and Vomiting

My lo is 7 months and for the past 5 days he has been coughing it alternates between a dry cough and a really bad cough where he like chokes and wants to spit something out but doesnt. he also has vomited 3 times today and 3 times in the past 4 days. He has no appetite and he is extremely fussy. dont know if to take him to hospital or wait till my appointment tommorow morning a little worried about dehydration since he doesnt want to keep anything down.
