Did you recently try a new food? Her body could be just trying to get use to it. Also, push the water. Offer her it often and have a sippy cup at her level to drink whenever she wants to. A doc once told me, constipation is only from not enough water intake. So I do this w/my daughter and it works, she's 11 months. She had a bit of trouble w/beef and chicken as we introduced those. Also, if you want a little extra help give her 3/4tsp of Slippery Elm Bark Powder mixed w/a little water and that also loosens things up. Applesauce(no sugar added) is also a great poop mover.
