Nap nanny

I just purchased a nap nanny and it says you shouldn't put it in the pack N play or a crib. So I'm wondering where people put it? On the floor? And I'm assuming they are allowing their baby to sleep in it at night?

I didn't buy the nap nanny for that exact reason - I would have wanted to use it in the crib, and not on the floor.
If you wanted the nap nanny for the incline, I used the Fisher Price Rock n Play for overnight sleeping for the first 4.5 months for my DD for that reason. (She refused to sleep on a flat surface, I think it was mostly because of her reflux) It has a similar incline as the nap nanny, and is approved for overnight sleeping. But after 4-5 months (basically once LO really starts trying to sit up) we had to move into the crib. So I bought a little crib wedge that goes underneath the sheet that give about a 2 inch incline, which DD seems to prefer over sleeping flat. She doesn't have the reflux anymore, but at 7 mos still doesn't like sleeping flat.
