So I started back to work this week (BOO HOO!!!) and unfortunately none of my old work clothes fit yet!
So I need to kick my weight loss into high gear. My question is that I am breastfeeding and plan to continue breastfeeding for as long as my little girl will go.
So I'm just wondering if any of you mommies who have breastfed have any helpful tips or resources that you can share to help me get started. I obviously want to lose as much weight as I can without jeopardizing my supply because I know that I need a certain amount of calories per day to produce breast milk.
