I believe that it is the rash that could spread chickenpox to someone who hasn't had it, or the vaccine, before. I would imagine though that you should go see and dr and double check, they may want you to keep some distance for the time being. Are you breastfeeding?

Good luck! I had shingles and never developped a rash, and it is definitely the most pain I have ever experienced even more so than two c-sections! I hope that I never have a recurrence again, although having it once puts you at risk for it to happen again.
