    have periods like pain from 4 days and i didnt bleed yet iam late by one day... i had sex with my husband and i dont know if im carrying or just delay in my periods. Delay in my periods never happened before. I always had them at the same date every month never missed it.......

    When did you have your baby or have you had any? If you just had a baby recently then your cycles could be off from that. If you are concerned though you should take a test.
