My son is eight months old. He is teething, the past two days his cheeks begin to turn bright red. Last night his cheeks were really hot. After speaking to a on duty nurse she advised me to see my son's doctor within the next three days. This morning I took my son to see his doctor, he has Panniculitus. I will no longer freeze his teething ring. I will place a wet wash cloth in a zip lock bag & place it in the freezer that way he will no longer get freezer burn.
