First rash

gigirl posted:
My grandson is a week old and woke up this morning with a rash all over his face and head. My daughter is breast feeding and supplementing with infamil newborn formula. The baby's eyes also look swelling. We have discussed what she's done different from eating to whee the baby's been but can not come up with any thing different that he's been exposed to. Does anyone have any ideas and what works for relief

Hi gigirl,

How is your grandson doing? Did you find what may have caused the rash or something to alleviate his symptoms? It may be best to just call his pediatrician to make sure that this is nothing he needs to be seen for.

Best wishes,
Atti

The rash disappeared but it took a few days. We've been drinking nutribullet drinks in the morning and have thought about the cashews in them. We backed off the drinks for now
