Infant testicle
htmhrd posted:
Hey new Dad here, I was changing the baby today and I notice he was spotting blood under his testicles. I found the source and it looks like a circler sore. Its not bleeding that bad so I cleaned him up and put neosporin on it. He doesn't have any signs of diaper rash so I am very confused. I'm in the process of getting health insurance for the baby and haven't finalized it, so i don't know if an emergency visit is warranted. Anyone have any insight, please respond. He's about 4months old.

I've never heard of this. I know at our pedi's office you can call and speak to a nurse before bringing them in. I think you should call the pedi's office and explain what's going on and see if it warrants a visit. Good luck!!

Hi htmhrd,

Just checking in to see how things are going with your precious son. Personally, I would make a call to see the pediatrician about this concern and hope that you were able to do so.

Please keep us posted! Wishing you and your family the best!

Take care,
