Sound in back of head-symptom of brain cancer?

I feel a weird buzzing/winding sound in the back of my head sometimes for a few seconds. It comes and goes. It is strongest when I lie down. I also feel like worrying and twisting my neck is causing some of it but can't know for sure. Could it be brain cancer?

I also get a vibrating feeling in my head for like 10 seconds or so if I don't move or hold that spot when it happens.
