I need to go through a few dental implants. After the dentist visit I realized I have huge expenditure ahead. Can someone advice me how to get reasonable prices for dental implants in Boston area? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

All three have EXCELLENT dental schools with specialty programs in Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery and special programs dedicated to Implant surgery and restoration.
2. Many local hospitals have general and specialty dental residency programs which are open to the public, offer flexible and adjusted sliding scale fee schedules.
