Zev Kaufman, DDS replied to Thumperr's response:
Dear Thumperr:

By now, the pain should have subsided. This sound normal and within normal limits. It is not uncommon for teeth next to a surgical area to hurt for a day or two.

It is most important to keep excellent oral hygiene and to go back to your dentist for a two week post op follow up visit.

Think on how you want to get these teeth replaced in the near future.

Best of luck,
Dr. Zev Kaufman
