Pain in Jaw after having multiple fillings

I'm having severe pain in my jaw after having 4 fillings put in 4 teeth in my lower left mouth. I do have problems with my jaw such as TMJ because it will pop and crack all the time but I have never had pain like this after having fillings put in. I was in the chair for 2 hours and my dentist had a very tough time numbing up parts of one tooth. She had to use multiple doses of the anstheia to get it numb. I have take 2 Tramadol 50 mg and 3 ibuprofen 200 mg but they have not help any with the pain.

I would like some advise.

Thank you,
Laura
