Tooth extraction peformed: Question about sinus puncture
SteveK500 posted:
I just had a tooth extraction performed on #4 upper tooth and the Oral Surgeon said everything went well. I am on day #2 of healing and starting to feel really small headaches, nose pressure, and ear pressure after the surgery. Is this common pains on upper tooth extraction surgery or is this indicative of potential sinus perforation?

1.) Am I suffering from early signs of sinus puncture?
2.) What are the signs of sinus puncture during a tooth extraction typically?
