Dr. K, please review

From a dental stand point I have a gap between my teeth, but I tried to explain to my dentist that it really a hole. I would think that an x-ray would reveal what I'm trying to explain but several dentists only tell me to floss more often.

How can I solve this problem. I can taste the foul ordor that comes from it and even the two front teeth have a foul ordor the dentist don't get it.

about twent years ago it was filled, the filling fell out it was like a piece that fit perfectly to close the gap.

Its not painful but has an horrible ordor.

What can I do?

And I do brush and floss often,
