inflamed tongue after wisdom teeth extraction and bone graft

It has been exactly a week since I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and had a bone graft. The swelling has decreased tremendously, but I can still only smile with half of my mouth. The bumps on my tongue are very inflamed and are constantly burning (very discomforting). Is this normal? Also, is there anything I can do to lessen the inflammation of the bumps? Thanks!!
