I found this board through google search. I had my transplant at 13 at Egleston Children's Hospital and am now seen at Emory. I did really well for 17 years and started having problems a year and half ago. My liver just decided out of the blue to act up. They've done biopsy, ultrasound and MRI and cant find any real answers. I am ok though. I think liver is just in its teenage rebellious faze. I am glad to have found this board. I love talking with other recipients. Here is my story if anyone is interested. terri7291.blogspot.com/

Wow. 18 years is great. I hope things settle for you and go well. I am 7 years out with my kidney and hope to have my organ last as long as yours. Cora
