Reducing inflammation and pain

I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis two years ago in my shoulders and elbows. I have been very active all my life and even competed in bodybuilding back in the 70s and 80s. I still workout in the gym (I'm 58 now) and have been really hampered by the inflammatory pain in my shoulders and elbows. My doctor did prescribe Celebrex but l get severe stomach upset from it even when taking it with food. I really didn't want to try another drug and told my doctor that I'd just have to live with it. He made a suggestion that I try a natural called Omega XL. I started off taking 4 pills twice a day for the first month and then dropped the dose to 2 twice a day. I have to say that the pain and stiffness is almost gone. More importantly, no stomach upset.
