    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Daily - doing squats on a Total Gym (2 or 3 reps of 20) at an incline, taking Nopalea (for me 5 or 6 oz.), whirlpool baths and a proactive attitude through prayer have helped me tremendously.

I have also increased my water intake, and reduced my BMI through a focus on nutrition. I am currently planning to purchase either a recumbent bike or an elliptical. Ten minutes a day on a bike can help too.

Surgery was recommended several years ago for both knees (during which time I could hardly walk). I also had therapy several years ago, and currently receive viscosupplementation (injections) twice a year.

I stopped using a cane two months ago and have not taken a pain killer for 3 weeks now. I am 65 years old and commute more than 100 miles M-F each way to work.
