When pain and fatigue are part of the picture, big holidays sometimes need to be managed so you can enjoy them as much as possible.

What are your plans?
How do you ensure you pace yourself?
And what are you thankful for this year?

Unfortunately what I have planned to make does take a toll on my hands so I plan on getting help from my hubby and carefully taking my time to cook in order to prevent further damage/pain. I'm thankful for yet another year with my loved ones!

Happy Thanksgiving!
